Keira Plans Wine-Tasting Trip to France + Buys French Estate

Following my news that Rupert Friend and Keira Knightley are planning a wine-tasting trip to the Champagne-Ardenne region of France, my spies in the south report that Keira has bought a secluded estate in Provence.

Keira, 25, and Rupert, 28, who have been dating since 2005, will count Keira’s Pirates Of The Caribbean co-star Johnny Depp and his wife Vanessa Paradis among their neighbours.

But friends of the notoriously private star say that her five-bedroom £1.9 million countryside retreat near Nice is ‘modest’ compared to Depp’s Cote d’Azur home.

‘The house is incredibly private, small and cosy and they intend to keep it that way,’ said a source.

‘Keira started moving in right after she completed her purchase earlier this summer and she and Rupert have already entertained some of their friends.

‘She is thrilled with the change of scenery and loves the feeling that she’ll always have this place to retreat to when she needs to recharge her batteries.

‘Keira is getting tired of life in London, particularly the pollution and congestion, and, although it’s essential that she and Rupert both live in London for their acting work, Keira is insisting on spending as much time as possible in France. She says it is more relaxing than she’d ever imagined.’

Keira will be heading out on a worldwide tour to promote her new sci-fi film Never Let Me Go later this year.

Keira Just One Of Many Stars Who Struggle With Dyslexia

If your a huge KK fan than you know about Keira’s dyslexia. In a recent article, we find out how that affected her. I believe it’s from an older interview but, it’s worth posting again

[Orlando] Bloom is one of many famous personalities who have faced dyslexia and have gone onto be successful in their careers. Actors who have been diagnosed with the learning disorder include Tom Cruise, Patrick Dempsey and Keira Knightly.

British actor Keira Knightley faced a number of difficulties because of her learning disability. She said “I remember going in for an audition when I was eight, and it was the most excruciating experience because I couldn’t read my lines.” However, Knightley said that her desire to act helped her overcome the problems and by the time she was 11 “I had kind of overcome the dyslexia and now it’s not really a problem.”

P.S. I have struggled with dyslexia my whole life and I was really inspired to find out how many successful people have overcome it. Thats one of the many reasons I love Keira. She’s successful, beautiful, and has overcome her learning disability! She’s a true role model.

Keira Knightley’s Stalker Case Dismissed

Marek Daniluk was arrested outside the Comedy Theatre in February, where the actress was performing “The Misantrophe” charged on suspicion of harassment. You can check bellow what was decided:

A man arrested on suspicion of harassing and stalking Keira Knightley has walked free from court – the case has been dropped because of insufficient evidence.

Hopefully the guy has learned his lesson and will get on with his life. I hate these “insufficient evidence” cases. It’s like they’re saying, “No harm, no foul.” Shouldn’t they want to prevent the harm from ever happening?!

Edited: Our reader Anonymous said: It wasn’t because of insufficient evidence. The case was dropped because Keira wasn’t able to testify on any of the available court dates (because she’s working in Germany). And without her testimony the prosecutor did not think the case could be made.

Man Arrested For Harassing Keira

A man has appeared in court charged with harassing actress Keira Knightley.

Marek Daniluk, 41, a Polish national, of Godolphin Close, Enfield, appeared before magistrates in Westminster who set a trial date for 4 June.

He was arrested on Thursday outside the Comedy Theatre, Panton Street, London where Knightley, 24, is currently appearing in Moliere’s The Misanthrope.

It came after a woman complained to police about the behaviour of a man outside the theatre on Wednesday.

Knightley complained of being stalked by five people two years ago. It is believed to have led to her decision to move from the UK to the US.
